Abeal Siddiq is a Los Angeles-based actor. Abeal’s first audition was for the role of Hassan in The Kite Runner, based on the novel by a relative of his family. His first job in film was in Charlie Wilson’s War alongside Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts. He later portrayed a younger version of Prem Chopra in Line of Descent opposite Brendan Fraser and appeared as Malek in The Cleansing Hour. He has also appeared in commercials for Disney, Dunkin' Donuts, Chevrolet, and other major brands. He recently wrapped filming the action-heist thriller “Miami Nights,” starring Jeremy Sumpter, Emmy Award-winner Jeremy Piven, and Academy Award nominee Terrence Howard. He will next appear in “Mindfield,” from Academy Award-winning producer Jana Sue Memel.
Abeal speaks English, Dari, Farsi, Arabic, and Spanish. He has trained in the Meisner and Stella Adler techniques, as well as improvisation at Upright Citizens Brigade. In 2024, Abeal was selected to participate in the Warner Bros. Discovery Access Acceleration Lab, joining a distinguished cohort of actors and writers from Middle Eastern, South Asian, and North African backgrounds.
